We can offer over 20,000 barrels of 60% concentrated latex in a year which can be used in the dipped goods industry , right from tiny balloon and foam units to highly sophisticated condom and gloves factories. 


BIS specified and ISI marked Crumb Rubber(Block Rubber) and Skim Crepe produced in our factories find a variety of uses and act as a substitute for Ribbed Smoked Sheets(RSS) in the manufacture of all types of moulded goods-tyres ,tubes etc.
Rubber sheetings of various grades and guages produced in our factory and used in a variety of applications find wide acceptance in various industries and are even exported to a number of countries.

The factory has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 certificate by Bureau Veritas Quality International for the manufacturing and marketing of Rubber Sheetings and this is the first Rubber Sheetings factory in the public sector, to receive the unique quality certification.

TRANSPORTATION INCENTIVE

For inter state sales of full truckload and above the Company will bear the transportation cost @ Rs. 1/- per kg. subject to maximum of Rs. 9,000/- per load (Plus service tax, if any) or actuals whichever is lower.  For domestic sales the transportation charges are met by the irrespective of the quantity.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the width of the Rubber Sheetings is 1.0 meter and the product is available with fabric finish.

    The regular colour of Rubber Sheetings is biege colour and black colour is available on demand.

    The colour of mottled sheetings, as per choice of the customer.

    The rolls are packed with Hessain cloth, with marketing of size.

    APPLICATIONS

    The Rubber Sheetings are extensively used as gaskets,diaphragms and as flange packing in almost all industries. It also used as anti vibration pads.

    The mottled sheetings are commonly used as flooring material and as car mats.
