Our Factories

A Latex centrifuging factory , a Block Rubber factory and a Rubber Sheetings factory add value to the natural rubber we produce. Equipped with the most modern imported machinery, field latex collected from the estates is processed in a state-of-the-art centrifuging factory located at Kulathupuzha . Four Alfa-Laval machines churn out the finest quality of latex concentrates conforming to BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards ) specifications. Speciality grades are prepared for customers based on their requirements and specifications .

 

The Block Rubber Factory is capable of utilizing the entire scrap rubber production of the estates to produce ISI- marked block rubber known as ISNR-10 , 20 & 50 , which are identical to the Standard Malaysian Rubber (SMR ). We are also capable of producing latex grade block rubber like ISNR-3 & 5 by altering our product mix.
We also put a small portion of the raw material we produce to good use in our third factory-a modern Rubber Sheetings Factory , capable of producing industrial sheetings of all possible guages , mottled sheets and baby sheets .

 

 

Our modern laboratory with imported testing equipments vouch for the quality of all that we produce. Expert rubber technologists constantly monitor our operations.

 


The ISO-9001:2000 certified operations covering all aspects from collection of latex to its processing and marketing have helped as to become a world leader in raw rubber production .

All these not without costs! Our commitment to a safe and clean environment saw the setting up of a modern effluent treatment plant at considerable costs. There too we were victorious-by bagging the pollution control award from the Pollution Control Board of Kerala for the year 1999-2000.
